[comp.sys.cbm] Question about CP/M files downloaded in C128 mode

Does anyone know how can one transfer a CP/M file in a C128 formatted disk
to a CP/M formatted disk?
I have no terminal program for CP/M, so I had to download some CP/M files
(one of which was a terminal program) in C128 mode, to a C128 disk.
But now I am stuck because I can't find a way to a CP/M disk.
