Can anybody tell me why sometimes, while I am editing a file under vi, the screen suddenly explodes and I get nothing but the escape characters you get when you type an arrow key in the shell? The only thing that has been comm- on to both occurences is that I was constantly pressing the down arrow most of tthe time. It's really beginning to cause some problems....
