I am having trouble using a 6480 with desterm. The modem dials, but
does not connect (I am using the 1660 setting). Help!

The Volks may or may not be 1660-compatible, but there are probably deficiencies in DesTerm's 1660 support since we had no way of testing it extensively with a 1660 or "compatibles".
