Why even bother? Just get it Kaypro 4 format, and let your 1571 figure
it out. I haven't yet come across a vendor / publisher of CP/M stuff
that can't provide on Kaypro 4 format.

Of course, things like screen editors will need a work over: the screen
on a Kaypro behaves a little differently from the adm3a emulation that a
C128 has.
