It is expensive housing in bay area. No doubt about this. The question is why this situation has been lasting and keeps going even under a thread from a would-coming earthquake. No one believes a disastrous quake will come in ten or twenty years or no one is concerned about the things will happen in future ? This might be one of answers. What would be others ? k.k.w.
