I own two computers...

Here are my answers for the one I use most:

1. C-128D (64K video RAM, of course)

2. Commodore 1571 (built-in), 1351 mouse, 1902 monitor, Star NX-1000 printer,
Xetec printer interface (Super Graphics Jr), Total Telecommunications
   modem (300 bauds), joystick.

3. No

4. 1764 REU expanded to 512K. (It cost me only 45$!)

5. Programming (most of the time), graphics, music, games...

6. A turbo accelerator for the C-128 (very much like the one from
Schnedler (hope I got that right!) Systems for the C-64) that would use
all the power of the 128 (both banks, etc...) AND that would allow
the use of the REU AT THE SAME TIME.

7. Doesn't apply to me.

And here are my answers for the other one (I rarely use it but it comes in
handy when I need another drive or just to play games while someone is
using the C-128D):

1. C-64

2. Commodore 1541, 1702 monitor, Fast Load cartridge, joystick.

3. No

Questions 4 - 7 : Same answers...

Of course, the same hardware can be used for both computers.
