I want to buy a new printer, because I can no longer get ribbons for it. It is nowhere near being standard as far as ribbons go! Anyway, I have seen ads in the Tenex catalog for the 1. NX-1020 Rainbow around $200. 2. NX-1001 $159.95. I will probably get flammed for starting a printer debate, but I would like to know the opinions on any of the Star NX printers, (not just the ones I listed) or any other printers you have an opinion on. I have the Star NX1000C Multi-Font..... and it works well for me. I use it with GEOS..... which I still can't find a driver for. :( (Anyone who has seen the driver for GEOS 2.0 PLEASE email me so I can give you my address!) I like it 'cause of the print quality.... NLQ is nice and looks VERY typewritten! It also works well with PrintShop and can produce graphics. Well...... there's my two cents' worth! :) llaria@portal.cup.com <INTERNET>
