[comp.sys.cbm] C64 kermit with speed mods

Hi,

  I'm posting this using C64 kermit at 2400 baud.  This is really sweet
  compared to 1200 baud.  However,  since I use a custom character set
  which for me is more readable, I have a problem.  kermit2.2sp runs ok
  but I have always disliked the std kermit character set.  The question is
  "Is there a way to remove the timecrunch code so that I can get at the
  kermit code".  I've tried the patches suggested at milton, but I can't
  seem to get them to work.  Am I missing some other notes?
