I am the proud owner of a Commodore VIC 20 w/cassette
drive and use a b/w television set as a monitor.

I have obtained a cassette copy of VICTERM I, which is
a communications terminal program which was to be used specifically
with the VICMODEM... I have tried unsuccessfully to utilize this
software to run a Commodore Modem 300 model 1660; all I get is garbage
on the screen upon connect, nor can I utilize the sofware that
comes with the program as I don't have a disk drive.

Does anyone have a VICMODEM gathering dust that they would
be willing to part with for little money? Either that or does anyone
have any suggestions as to how I could get my VIC to access these
bulletin boards with little investment. I'm not looking to upgrade
my system with a disk drive.

Also, does anyone have the documentation that would have came
with the VICTERM I program, the copy I purchase did not come with any.

Thanks,

Michael Ridgway

Can anyone help with the following VIC20 questions.

Does anyone know where I can get software for an antique VIC20?
Are there any PD sources for this computer?
Also I am looking for a 32k ram pack are there any dealers that still sell
these things?

Thanks in advance Paul.
