Can anyone recommend a good word processor for the C=128? I am currently using Word Writer 128 vi6-3.1 (ancient!). While it works fine, I'm sure something better MUST have been written in the 5 or 6 years since I got WW128... I'm very partial to PaperClip III. It has thousands of neat little goodies like headers, footers (can be mirrored on alternate pages, can include chapter #, page # etc.), automatic table of contents, 80-360 column video output and 25 or 50 line screen preview (80 column screen), a spelling checker, built-in telecommunications package, mail merge etc... basically it's the DesTerm 2.00 of the Word Processing world. The only thing I couldn't do with it was multiple columns on a page (it does "columns", but what that means is that it can move, copy, add, delete, sort... rectangular regions of text). It's dangerous to ask "what's the best..." anything here, though. I'm sure 50 other people will write that PCIII's a beast and THEIRS is better. Oh, well. :) Gregg Riedel consp24@bingsuns.pod.binghamton.edu
