I've discovered an odd thing that occurs with my 64 ('84, PAL). Sometimes,
	pin 6 in joystick portB stays permently grounded (even after power
	off/on) when the fire button line (pin 6) comes in contact with
	pin 4 (discovered this after examining a faulty joystick). To fix
	the problem I have to send +5V down pin 6.

Obvisoly, something wrong with the $DC00 CIA,,,
