[net.wanted] New UNIX math routines?

	I've found the math routines that come with Unix to be
too slow for many applications.  I'm wondering if anyone out
there knows of some faster routines to replace them - perhaps
at a slight loss of precision (%f only prints 6 digits by default,
and that's all I need for most applications).
