[comp.sys.cbm] In case your looking for cheap Commodore Hardware...

lcs@busboys.rutgers.edu (Lyle C. Seplowitz) (04/30/91)

Since I've seen this mentioned a few times on the newsgroup...check
out RUN Magazine's catalog. They are selling Commodore hardware at
very cheap prices. For example:

128D $289
1670 (1200 baud)	$25
1764 (256K REU) $80
1700 (128K REU) $40 (or $50)

This catalog is in the latest issue of RUN (May/June).

By the way, does anyone know what happened to Twin Cities 128? I have
a six issue subscription and only received one issue!

re: RUN magazine's pricing on C128D...note that the 128D's that they are
selling are reconditioned units - not new! They only have a 30 day
"warranty." Although I must say that there is little to be said for
ANY warranty from Commodore. (Can you say customer service?)
