I have friends living in Nashville who recently acquired a used Commodore 64 system with a modem. Does anyone know of a Commodore-oriented BBS in the Nashville, Tennesssee area? Is there an easy-to-use public-domain communications program available that is suitable for BBS use? =============================================================================== Bob Alpert : Digital Equipment Corp. : Cherry Hill, NJ : alpert@chovax.dec.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * The so called micro change is the common things besides us, but when * * we are in a pinch, these things will become the micro man's fellowmen * * to come as our rescue. * ===============================================================================

I lhve in Nashville. There are a few boards in town that are C64 based. Try the Rat's nest first. The number is 360-8800. There will be more numbers on there. There aren't many C64 boards left in town. The nashville Image network sorta died about 2 months after I went to school and took down my board. There are some other BBSes in town. I can't remember the numbers off hand though. If you still need help send mail to Razron on the Rat's Nest (That's Me) and I'll give you some more numbers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- | @ | Internet:wrasman@cs.utk.edu | | (!=>--- | Bitnet:Razron@utkvx | | / ) Raz | Usnail: 1629 w.
