[comp.sys.cbm] Wizard of Wor cartridge

I'm looking for a game for the C64 called Wizard of Wor.  It was a cartridge
put out by Commodore, but is not available anymore from commercial sources.

Please send email, if you have a copy of it that you are willing to sell.
A disk version would be even better.
