A friend of mine with a VAX running VMS recently asked me about
joining USENET. I had a vague notion that this would involve
1) acquiring news software for VMS which I think does exist, and
2) making an arrangement of some sort with a site that does
currently get news for them to forward all or some of it to my
friend's system. I would like to get some details on this subject
to pass on to my friend. In particular, what VMS news software
