[net.wanted] Housing Info at Boston

I will be moving to Boston area this fall and need housing information.
I have two kids (5 yrs, 1yrs) and one (ofcourse) wife who studies computer
science. I am looking for a 2 or 3-bdrm apartment or townhouse.

Followings are the necessary conditions:
  1. a good kindergarden and elementary school nearby.
  2. < 1 hour commute (to Harvard).
  3. no heavy traffic nearby.

Followings are some preferred conditions:
  1. < $700/month.
  2. < 1 hour to some university that offers CS graduate program.


I will appreciate any kind of suggestions (abstract level or low level),
information and anything else that might be helpful.
