Hi: I was looking for the source code to PKZIP, PKUNZIP, etc. to run under VMS 3.XX systems on a VAXcluster. If you can email me the source, or tell me where I can get the source from an anonymous FTP or LISTSERV, I would really appreciate it. Thank you, Ben Ben Nowlin vvbdn@mars.lerc.nasa.gov bnowlin%nasamail@ames.arc.nasa.gov ****************************************************************************** If you don't get what you want in life, it's a sign that either you seriously didn't want it, or that you tried to bargain over THE PRICE! I don't know if you can FTP the sources to ZIP or UNZIP files, but you could call a BBS and download them. I can upload them here (301-622-2247) and you could call; some are in Pascal and some are in "C," the C ones being the ones you want. "PKZIP" and "PKUNZIP" are registered trademarks; to get the sources to those, you'd have to purchase PKWARE, and I don't think Phil Katz is that likely to sell. (I know they are because I was doing a search at the Patent Office and found them while looking up something else). The file to unzip an archive is called DEZIPINC.ZIP, with sources in C. Either CRUNCH10.ZIP or SQUASH12.ZIP are the programs that do archiving, but they are only in Pascal. I'll upload them here if not already. -- Paul Robinson at The Black Cat's Shack (Fidonet 1:109/401) Internet: Paul.Robinson@p0.f417.n109.z1.fidonet.org UUCP: ...!uunet!blkcat!417.0!Paul.Robinson
