I have been asked to investigate any sources of multiple choice, true/false, calculation and/or matching type questions which could be used to inaugurate a test bank of questions in the area of clinical microbiology and/or basic microbiology. I don't know whether this is the right forum for the enquiry, but would appreciate any feedback from those who have more knowledge of this area than I do! We intend creating a testbank for use under the Canadian LMS (Learning Management System) on a VAX/VMS system. However, we have quite a bit of experience in 'massaging' testbanks intended for delivery under other architectures, and other test delivery systems, into the form required by LMS, so it doesn't really matter about the current form of the testbank, as long as the question text is in ascii.
