This submission provides the PFC BULLETIN utility (1.93) which gives
your VAX/VMS system the ability to have local or internetworked
bulletin boards. BULLETIN allows the system manager to set up
"folders", different topics for discussion, in which users can
participate. It also allows you to use BULLETIN as a system-message
notifier where users will see specially marked messages when they log
in. The PMDF module allows a system already running PMDF to "funnel"
messages to special addresses directly into BULLETIN folders.

BULLETIN is a very useful program for systems needing a group
conferencing system. Users who are already familiar with VMS MAIL
will find BULLETIN easy to get around as it follows the same
structure for the folders and commands. The online help is complete
and provides both a quick-reference for those commands which you
cannot always remember the exact syntax as well as a good in-depth
command explanation.
