Does anyone have any ideas/source on implementing a millsecond timer for the Mac? Also, does anyone have any info about the NCR 5380 chip used for SCSI on Macs? Thanks in advance, Jason Haines

On 128K ROMs there is a Time Manager that provides this service in a way that will work with future machines. If you want to work with old ROM machines you can access the VIA timers directly. For information on millisecond timers check the Time Manager section of Inside Mac Volume IV. Contact your local NCR part's house for information on the 5380, it's a standardpart. -- David W. Berry dwb@well.uucp dwb@Delphi dwb@GEnie 293-0752@408.MaBell
