Hello there, First, let me say that Micah has been bought by a company called Solitaire and when I called them with a Micah AT-20 question I was told, "Yes, we got their equipment, and their furniture, but none of their people, so we can't help you with any problems". Also, none of the newly announced Micah products will probably make the market. So 2 items: 1) My AT-20 is intermittently giving 'controller select timeout' errors. Now, being a smart programmer, I have an extra SCSI board and and extra controller board just in case Micah went belly up... The problem occurs with either SCSI or either controller boards connected. Any one else have or seen this problem?? 2) While playing with problem #1, I noticed my controller was an SMS OMTI 3100 controller. Micah was going to release an AT-30, which was a 20 with a new controller. An upgrade was to be $249. My question, is the new controller also an SMS controller? Will the old Micah Software recognize the drive as 30 meg instead of 20 meg (I have Micah Manager 2.0b1)?? If not, does anyone have a copy of Micah Manager Plus (The one that 2.0b1 was to evolve into)?? Any responses would be appreciated.
