[comp.sys.mac] access to archived postings from no

Lot's of us don't have arpanet access so that we can get to INFO-MAC.
At the time, I do, but I want to be prepared...
Is there any way SUMEX can be dialed-up manually for access to
the <INFO-MAC> directory at sumex?  Of course, it must also have
the proper terminal programs (i.e. kermit, xmodem....)
