[Oh, listen to my story, the tale of a faithful check,
That started out to BMUG, but now has gone to heck...]
Has anyone gotten their Fall '86 BMUG *mailed* to them yet (no, not the
people who picked theirs up at Expo -- anyone gotten it in the mail?). I
haven't, and am getting tired of getting the run-around from these guys.
Last summer, I sent in a check for a year's subscription, and then waited
three months for the check to be cashed. It didn't, I assumed that they had
not gotten it, and then sent another with an explanation. Then the first
one cleared, and they also cashed the second check -- I decided to make it a
two-year subscription, instead.
Well, I can even live with their newsletter being five months late, since it
is pretty good. But my patience is pretty well used up...
Is this problem with BMUG legion among Mac users, or am I a lonely, isolated
case of Divine Persecution?
