	Hi all,

		I've just received an utility for dearcing of arc 5.12 files.
The problem is a lack of either copyright or public domain markings. So I would
like to know if anybody knows the status of the program. The program claims
to be written in Turbo Pascal. Also is there any interest in the program?
Remeber it will only unarc files.

	P.S. the program seems to be very un-Macish. Possibley a direct port
of some other Pascal version.
