Just to balance the scales a little bit, I too started receiving duplicate
MacUsers, but when I sent back  copies of the two mailing labels, I received
a card saying that they were sorry for the duplication and they would extend
the subscription for an appropriate amount of time.

I did get my "power user's guide" without reminding them, though it took a
*long* time.
