Anyone out there know how to send a BREAK from the keyboard of
a Mac Plus? The "old" 512K-128K's apparentely used the main
keyboard's ENTER key (value 69), but that changed with the Mac+,
this gleaned from the hardware sections of IM v3 and v4.
