>It doesn't make a bit of difference to me that the Imagewriter can

>And if I transgress?  If I exceed the sacred PRINTABLE AREA?  Warn me;

>Don't Tread on My Ruler!

WriteNow works exactly as you have described. You can put text anywhere
you want on a page. If you put text outside of the printable area, then
it will warn you when you print it, and chop off the unprintable parts.
The 'Show Spaces' command draws a rectangle on the page showing the printable
area for the currently selected printer driver.

In general, WriteNow is fully WYSIWYG, and just as easy to use
as MacWrite. It supports multiple columns, multiple headers and footers,
footnotes, spelling checking, side by side text and graphics, etc.
It is very fast, and doesn't crash.
