This FCC ruling is has become the hot topic on the net, and strangely
enough, is important as well. There are so many excellant and not so
excellant articles floating in so many groups, some potentially vital
information is going to be missed. I vote that this entire discussion
be moved to comp.dcom.telecom. Do I here a second?
