I perform disk repairs on Macintosh disks, and I recently received a number of disks from different people which seem to have the same problem. These disks are HFS double sided which have been used with System 4.0 and Finder 5.4. Each of the disks is claimed unreadable by the finder and blocks 42A, 68B and 74B are uncopyable using Copy II Mac 6.3. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so is it related to system 4.0? I haven't seen the same problem either on system 3.2 or 4.1. Also, does anyone know what changes in system 4.1 have caused the software and hardware compatibility problems we have been facing?
