[comp.sys.mac] List Manager in MacApp Dialog

Has anyone implemented the list described in List Manager Chapter of Inside
Macintosh Vol. IV as a dialog item to the UDialog package of MacApp?  I tried
to do that but I found it tricky especially with modal dialogs. Has anyone
any hints or experiences?
