Just a humorous aside not really related to Macintoshes. While I was a student at a well known and respected University I worked in the main graduate library. Professors were allowed to use some smaller rooms in the stacks as "studies" on a somewhat permanent basis in which to do research. One day, one of the English Lit professors came down and demanded that all the flourescent lights in his study be replace with incandescent ones. When asked why, he responded that they were giving him radiation poisoning and that he had noticed a marked decline in his health because of it. The bad thing was that I was almost fired for practically laughing in his face. Has anyone studies the effects of X-rays and Gamma rays from flourescent lights on the retrace capability of a Mac CRT? :-) Jeff ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "The needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many" -- Kirk (STIII) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
