[comp.sys.mac] Hires MacII video boards & frame grabbers

milo@ndmath.UUCP (Greg Corson) (08/07/87)

Has anyone seen any high COLOR resolution video boards for the Mac II yet?

I am looking for something similar to the AT&T Targa boards features but
which can be used with the Mac II. Particular features I need are:

o At least 16 bits color information per pixel (24 bits prefered)
o Real time color frame grabbing
o NTSC or RGB output compatable with broadcast TV equipment (the device
could have several modes...but at least one of them should be NTSC
  compatable)

AT&T will be porting their Targa boards to the Mac II, but since
I'm not on a first name basis with anyone there, I'm afraid I can't
predict when. Perhaps it will be announced in Boston.
