Since some time I'm planning to try the following: Take a Mac board, cut out
the 68000 CPU, and put in an fast brother of his, the 16 Mhz 68000.
Feed this fast CPU with the original (undivided) clock (about 15.7 Mhz).
Will It work, if not why ?
Some probable problems: Is disk I/O timed by the cpu, and if so, does the
turbo-board has patches in ROM or RAM.
Are there other timing errors that might occur.
I'm using 120 ns rams, and don't expect timing errors in this area
'cause the RAM timing for the current Mac is 400 ns.

Other thing: where can I get a 16 Mhz 68000, and what will be the price of
this one?
Anybody any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
