A '?': since 'clean' Mac OS programs are supposed to run under A/UX, has anyone tried running HyperCard under A/UX? Does it work? A rumor (_directly_ from Intel): Supposedly some Apple people visited Intel for the first time in years. Seems they were looking for chips/boards to be (possibly) used in a new laser printer. From MacUser: Two different places in the latest MacUser were offering 1MByte SIMMS for ~$1000/4meg. Looks like the price is dropping on these and on disks. Finally, I got my official policy from Safeware today. It was short (about 2 typed pages) and pretty comprehensive. Instead of listing what was covered they listed the types of things that were _not_ covered. The only thing that bothered me was that it did not cover the computer in shipment to Hawaii(!) or Alaska. - mike -- newton@csvax.caltech.edu {ucbvax!cithep,amdahl}!cit-vax!newton Caltech 256-80 818-356-6771 (afternoons, nights) Pasadena CA 91125 Beach Bums Anonymous, Pasadena President I'm never biased...
