As a nascent user of HyperCard, I understand that I can attach sound resources (SND's?) to the stacks and to HyperCard itself to get more sounds. I can also put them (somehow?) into my system folder to get a fuller, richer, more satisfying beep or bong. However, I don't know how to do this, where they come from, what a CheapBeep is, and so on. Could some kind soul post a brief (or not so brief--it's only a world's worth of phone calls) tutorial on sound, its construction, and use. Definitions of resources, brief descriptions of tools and their availability, and such like would be very helpful. I suspect that I am not the only mystified person out here. Charles Wetherell
