Is there anyway (user ResEdit or similar program), to modify the laser
printer Setup menu so that the "cover page" option is on all the time
and can't be changed. We need this facility in a networking environment
where user's don't have ready access to the laser printer. We would like
a patch that would (might) work with all programs, including MS Word. I
have tried using ResEdit but did not get anywhere (although I though I
had done it right). Any suggestions?
