Noticed on the cover of the EE Times that TI plans to start sampling 4MB SIMMs in the first quarter of '88. Anyone know if these will work in a Mac+ or a Mac SE? (I'm sure I heard someone say they'll work in a Mac II). Geez, think how long it'll take to perform the RAM test with 16 MB... "I am grim... and harsh... and ripe with fury! I would note that the software architecture (memory map) prevents a Plus from having more than 4 Mb or a II from having more than 8 Mb, at least in 24-bit mode. -- Joel West (c/o UCSD) Palomar Software, Inc., P.O.
