[comp.sys.mac] HyperCard text fields and hypertext question

I'd like to have an entry in a field that says something like:

    on mouseUp
        put current word into cardName
        go to card cardName
    end mouseUp

but I can't figure out how to get the word that is under the mouse.
Anyone?

I'm not sure which upsets me more; that people are so unwilling to accept       responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate     everyone else's.
