[comp.sys.mac] Xref bibliography/cross-reference utility

I didn't know that the net was that fast.  In less than 24 hours I
have received a bunch of requests for Xref.  Well, I am now in the
process of cleaning it up and sprucing up the documentation.

I did receive my HC tech reference toolkit from APDA.  I will not be
changing Xref just yet to beef it up, but that might come in the
future.  For now, I will just submit the package in a couple of days.
