[comp.sys.mac] BinHex and Packit Algorithms

Would someone be willing to post the main encryption/decryption
algorithms for Binhex and Packit?  As I understand it, the programs are
public domain, so nobody's rights would be infringed upon by this.

Lightspeed Pascal would be preferred, I read C under duress.
