We have a Mac II with an internal Apple 20 Mb drive that will not boot consistently. In the morning I have to cycle the power at least once (often more) before the machine realizes there is a bootable drive out there. The dealer said Apple has recognized the problem and is working on a ROM swap of some sort. This problem is apparently limited to the 20 Mb drives Apple is using. Can anyone else confirm this? It looks as though they need a longer spin-up delay in the boot ROM, but I could be wrong... ow th
