I just read from the Oct,87 issue of Mac World that Apple has updated four of their software application ( MacProject, MacTerminal, MacWrite, and MacDraw). Does anyone know whether these updates contain bug fixes and new features? Or are these updates just for increasing compatibility to the new MacII? Thanks. Ed.Ho

They're all primarily updates for the MacII and bug fixes. I've looked at them all (except for Macdraw, which I don't have) and don't see any significant features. MacTerminal 2.2 is required to run with the latest system/finder, because it got caught using a low memory variable they shouldn't have. chuq Chuq Von Rospach chuq@sun.COM Editor, OtherRealms Delphi: CHUQ

They do, indeed, contain bug fixes. For example: Mac Draw now handles fonts correctly. Also, MacDraw can move a group of items without losing its alignment. MacWrite now follows the Apple guidlines on the arrow keys. -- Gerald A.
