As part of an effort on the part of the University to get some younger school children interested in college at a somewhat early age, OSU is bringing these inner-city kids to campus and showing them the different facilities available. One of the stops on this tour is the dormitory computer lab of which I am the student manager. Hence, here is my situation. I am in dire need of some software, preferably public domain, that would be good to a) provide a hands-on instruction to the IBM PC and the Macintosh Plus that is suitable for the agegroup of around the sixth grade and b) is oriented so that it will keep the youngster's attention for at least 15min to 30min. I need info about said software AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! If you have ANY (and I mean ANY) ideas, please send me mail (or, repost to this group, only if you deem it appropriate that everyone else should read your reply. Thus mail is probably better.)
