Here's a question for all you lucky folks out there in possession of the new System software: In light of the probable screen clutter under Multifinder with a normal Mac screen, has anyone tried Stepping Out with Multifinder and found it (a) to work correctly, and (b) to be useful? Unfortunately, the Big Screen INIT just has too many bugs / interaction problems to use heavily, so I'm thinking of "stepping up" to Stepping Out. On another note, does the DA Other work correctly under Multifinder? Thanks in advance, Jeff

The application DA Tester will work correctly under multifinder if all you are looking for is a program to use DA files. It is fairly small and seems to be fairly bug free. Unfortunately I don't remember if it's shareware, and I'm not at my Mac right now. If anyone is interested in it, I'll try and respond to any email I get but our mailer is a bit difficult to respond with... Hope this helps... Dave Walsh - hiding at the UofR (rochester!ur-tut!dmw3)
