[net.wanted] NEED INFO ON A RESEARCH ARTICLE

  Does anyone know where I can find the research paper:
  "A distributed data base version of INGRES" by M.Stonebraker & E.Neuhold?
  (This was written sometime in 1977).
  Was it published in any regular journal like IEEE Transactions or
  ACM Survey? If not, where can I find it?
