	For an INIT to show it's (or any ICON) during startup it must 
explicitly use a routine called ShowINIT, by Paul Mercer.  So therefore, 
any INIT that shows an ICON uses Paul's routine (such as QuicKeys and my
ShutDownSound INIT) and those that don't, don't!
	The ShowINIT routine is PD, and can be gotten from Paul or maybe even
from some commerical services.
