[comp.sys.mac] Imagewriter I Problems

Where is the {most reliable, reasonable priced, "best", timely} place
in the Silicon Valley area (pref. Santa Clara to Palo Alto) to take
my Imagewriter (I) to be serviced.

My problem is that it:  1) Prints ragged underscores
                        2) Prints random characters
                           (Upside down T003, M003, and others)
