[comp.sys.mac] How to post a reply with text?

I was wondering how one posts a reply to an article with the text of the
article-being-replied-to into the reply posting? I've seen this done so
often that I figured there was an easy way to do so besides
pasting in the copied article-being-replied-to.

Please reconsider!  A line or two indicating the context is enough,
and saves a lot of reading time, network bandwidth, and diskspace.
