How and where can I get this. I only recently bought LSC, so I must have missed

Why delete the first 16 bytes? I have made XCMDs with LSC after doing my
own changes to the XCmdGlue stuff, but I did not modify the resources they
produced. Mine worked, so what is the reason for the deletion
